Little chicks always make me nostalgic. I always have such fond memories of being on the farm. I remember helping my grandparents and Aunt Fay take care of the chickens and collect the eggs when I was small . I suppose that is why I have chickens today. This painting of yellow chicks was inspired by a visit to my sister Rebecca’s in Oklahoma. She had this little group of yellow chicks that just followed each other around in their little group.
